Time to Relax

Posted by: tiffanypinkdog on: November 26, 2005

Well, To-Furkey Day has come and gone. Rock and Suzette (my parents) came to visit, and we didn’t actually eat tofurkey. There was tons of other good stuff, though. My parents are vegetarians too, so no meat in the house. It was a nice little visit.
But now, I am left to relax.
It’s been a weird [...]

Tiffany Needs

Posted by: tiffanypinkdog on: November 17, 2005

I wasn’t going to play, but my results were just too hilarious not to.
Tiffany needs structure and a family that can be very consistent.
Sure! Who doesn’t.
Tiffany needs to win 9 more games in a row to raise her percentage of wins to 60%
Wow, I suck.
Tiffany needs a slave
You know it, baby.
Tiffany needs more milk
Oh. I…I [...]

A Story about Coffee

Posted by: tiffanypinkdog on: November 17, 2005

Chris wrote an entry about coffee and it made me think of this story.
My dad borrowed my white jeep cherokee years ago, for a few weeks. He always drank coffee in there. When I got the truck back, it was full of little black sugar ants. They were EVERYWHERE. I pointed these out to [...]

Still 15,002 and an Update on The Crier

Posted by: tiffanypinkdog on: November 17, 2005

The Crier, turns out, thought that she and I were like, really close friends. So when the pedagogy talk went sour, she thought I was tearing her a new one, basically. I thought The Crier and I were basically strangers, and a convo about pedagogy would be, like, nothing either of us would think twice [...]

15,002 and Tears over Pedagogy

Posted by: tiffanypinkdog on: November 14, 2005

Yep, I made it to 15K this weekend.
And today, I had a really awkward ‘fight’ with a co-worker. I had no idea we were ‘fighting’ until she began to cry. Can you believe that? I mean, I’ve made people cry before, yeah. Sure I have. But never unintentionally! Boy did I feel like a [...]

YAHOOOOOEY!

Posted by: tiffanypinkdog on: November 11, 2005

I am ecstatic! I’m very late, but I made it to 10K on my novel and I’m really proud of myself. And it’s getting easier, for some reason, to write. Maybe I’m finally getting the hang of it.
I’m supposed to be at 18K today. I don’t think I’ll make it THAT far, for crying out [...]

My favorite Lost characters keep getting killed! First Boone! Now Shannon! ARGH. I can’t wait to see Sayid rip out Ana-Lucia’s throat.

6800 8085 Words, 22 26 pages

I’m progressing on my Nanowrimo book, but I am behind. Ideally, participants should be around 10,000 words by now. I just can’t go that fast. I can only think at 20 wpm. Note: I can type at 55 wpm or something like that, but there’s more to this than just typing. I can tap out [...]

How’s This?

Posted by: tiffanypinkdog on: November 4, 2005

Obviously, I revamped my blog last week. I decided I needed a change, and that I needed to post annoying blinkies over there on the right. I like blinkies; they remind me of being a little girl and having a sticker book. Remember sticker books? And you’d peel them out of your book sometimes and [...]
